Nintendo to release large-screen DSi

"Nintendo Co. plans to release a large-screen version of its DSi hand-held game system in Japan, possibly by the end of the year, according to a news report Tuesday."

Check out these instructions for controlling your Mac with a Wii remote. I'm not totally sure why you'd want to, but you can! (You could control iTunes from a distance, which could be handy.)

I enjoy the instructions: "Once you have the Wii Remote, be sure to take it out of the package and put the batteries in it. "

BRAWL

DSi (New DS)

Finally the new DS (DSi) is out in Japan and photos have been released. It is only available in black or white. More info here and here (Wikipedia).

PrBoom

PrBoom is an OS X port of the Doom engine, which allows you to play Doom and Doom-derivative games (old-fashioned but fun). You need to find the IWAD data files separately- there is an in-progress free version here, but you can also find the original files if you try hard enough...

N Game

Wow! You must play this game if you haven't already it's just called N. It is so good in fact that Metanet Software Inc. made a video game of it simply called N+. Photo here.

Boom Blox, a new Wii game designed by famous film director Steven Spielberg, came out a few days ago. Official website here.

PSX Extreme
