Formula Wan

Is an interesting racing game, but like MyBrute, you can only play it once a day (depending on how many managers, you have). Click on the photo for the game or here.

FoldIt

FoldIt is a game with a useful purpose: trying to figure out how proteins fold. Proteins are made of chains of small molecules called amino acids. Figuring out the shape the chain will fold into is a very difficult problem for scientists to solve, so they invented this game to get people to try it. Make the world a better place while you play!

Erepublik

Erepublik is a browser game similar to MyBrute in the sense that everyday you can only do a certain number of things (2 in this case). But is still a fairly interesting life simulator. Photo here.

Tribal Wars

Tribal Wars is a boring real-time game that requires a hole lot of free time to be completely wasted but some do not share that opinion. Photo here.

Noby Noby Boy

I love this slightly bewildered pre-review (from BoingBoing's new gaming blog) of Noby Noby Boy, the upcoming PS3 game by Keita Takahashi, the guy who made the fabulous but bizarre Katamari Damacy.

Apparently the new game is so bizarre it's hard to describe. When you read an attempt at description you can understand why: "the fundamentals are simple: you control a Noby 'BOY' [who looks like a long snake] with both analog sticks: one for the head, one for the tail, flexing, stretching, and eventually tying yourself in knots, in a playground world that's otherwise devoid of goals."
