Zoey make a better sentence, please. "does a lot of people know about it" is better like this "Do a lot of people know about white holes?" And the answer is that there may be tons of people who know about them but not all believe in it, because of it violates the Second Law of Thermodynamics (last paragraph on the Wikipedia page). But it's possible it exists when you do the math (when you don't consider the law). Although a white hole has never ever been seen. Check it* out!

*= Wikipedia Page on "White Holes".

Let' s not be fooled by our narrow mind, the white holes are the common stars which we see in the sky every night. When the space in some areas of the universe dialates it creates a vacuum of energy, much like in our atmosphere the rising of temperature creates a decrease in the air density, which in turn attracts cold, dense air. When this vacuum of light reaches a critical point, a "rip" occurs thru which light will poor. This is a white whole. The reverse process produces a black hole.
